Amurleoparden är världens mest sällsynta leopard. Enligt Wikipedia finns det ca 300 st runt om i djurparker. Bilden ovan är en typisk djurparksbild. Vid den senaste räkningen fann man tecken på ca 50 st vilket är en bra uppgång från ca 30 st. Denna leopard behöver fortsatt skydd. Denna leopard har den tjockaste leopardpälsen och jagas för pälsens skull. Men på senare tid har det tillkommit ett annat problem då den sibiriska tigern har ökat ännu mer i antal och då dessa två kattdjur möts dödas ibland leoparden. The amur leopard is the world's rarest leopard. According to Wikipedia, there are about 300 animals around in the zoos. The image above is a typical zoo picture. At last count, it was found evidence of about 50 which is a good rise from about 30. This leopard need continued protection. This leopard has the thickest coat and leopard hunted for their fur. But recently there has been another problem because the Siberian tiger has increased even more in numbers and when these two cats meet sometimes the leopard get killed.
